Pet Care Consultant (PCC)
 
A little guidance and advice can go a long way in helping pet parents care for their fur kids’ health. That is why at PLC, our Pet Care Consultants (PCCs) are always available via Live Chat and in selected PLC stores to provide their extensive knowledge in pet care. Through this service, we hope to empower pet owners to take charge of their pets’ health and wellness.

Our friendly PCCs are able to share holistic, professional advice through their combined expertise, skills and experiences, in order to help pet parents maintain their pet’s optimum health.

Our PCCs are:

- Veterinary-trained professionals

- Veterinary Nutritional Advocates certified by Hill's Science Diet

- Experienced in pet care and small animals

- Up to 6 years of experience for our PCCs to serve our customers for their pets at almost all of our retail stores

  - Average of 250 to 300 chats a month for PCC Online service

For pet parents who prefer online services, we also offer the PCC Online service free to web visitors!

Our PCC Online Operating hours are:

• Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM
• Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM 
• Public Holidays: Operating hours will remain the same as mentioned above
